Rules for drivers according our low

• The driver of an e-scooter is obliged to drive the vehicle on a bicycle path or bicycle lane (not faster than 25 km/h)!
• IF the driver of an e-scooter have to move on a sidewalk, footpath or other surface intended for pedestrian movement, he is obliged not to drive faster than 6 km/h!
• If two or more e-scooter riders move in a group, they are obliged to move behind each other!
• An e-scooter can be operated by a person who has reached 14 years of age!
• The driver of an electric scooter must not transport other people while driving the vehicle!
• The driver of an e-scooter must wear a protective helmet on his head during the operation of the vehicle!
• The driver of an e-scooter, from the first dusk to full dawn, as well as in conditions of reduced visibility, is obliged to wear a reflective vest while driving the vehicle!
• A driver of a-scooter may not lead animals during the time he is driving the vehicle!
• The driver of an e-scooter is obliged to operate the vehicle in a way that does not reduce the stability of the vehicle and does not hinder other road users!
• The driver of the e-scooter may move only on the right side in the direction of movement of vehicles!
